Value of an RF1A Tcase?

Got a spare 4 cyl transfer case, forward shift, that I picked up years back just because. My 1st gen already has the 4.7 upgrade and I dont plan on doing dual cases or anything.

Trail Gear is offering $400 for these cores. Is this a good deal or is the used market hotter than this?

Been out of the serious 1st gen activity for a while now so I appreciate any guidance...

they can still be found in great shape for 2-$300. just not the plethora there used to be

TG is going to be your best buck if they really are shelling out 400 per. I usually get them for about 100 and I don't really sell them anymore because they are getting hard to find for cheap.

IMO, I would hang on to it for parts as long as you still have your 1st gen.
