Valve cover gasket replacement

i got a 95 3.0 and i want todo a valve cover job this weekend. I just wanna double check to make sure that this is all i need

1. Left and Right valve cover gaskets
2. plenum intake gasket
3. PCV grommet and valve
4. High temperature RTV sealant
