Valve Job

Has anyone tried installing oversized valves in a 3.slow engine form more power. If so, what kind of increase did you get?

I am having to install new hadgaskets and am having the heads re-sufaced and pressure ckecked. I thaught, while I am this far I might look into oversized valves. And maybe some headers.

Not heard about the valves making much, headers some... nothing neck snapping: though...

The 3.0L slow is what it is......

i realize it won't ever be much. My other rides are a 4cyl Mazda (extra car), and my wife's Isuzu Trooper with the 2.8L v6. Talk about lack of power. The 3.slow has plenty of power over it.

I am currently contemplating selling my all original 1968 Bel Air to get my wife an 80 series Land Cruiser. I just love Toyotas and she wants a more modern vehicle with an automatic and a third seat.
