Vegas to Denver

Last week in March, me and a buddy are heading from Vegas to Denver in my 4Runner...not being from the area, I'm reaching out to anyone who can provide some pointers/recommendations on some moderate wheeling with remote and/or dark sky camping sites through Nevada and/or southern Utah. Obviously Moab and canyonlands are on the list, but less traveled spots would be nice. Really any information would be helpful. Many thanks!
My rig is a Pro with 3" King lift on 285 Ridge grapps if that changes the dynamic of your recommendations...no winch, no real armor, just a lift and 33's.

Valley of Fire st park is a for sure ! On the way back to Utah & good night sky . Going into Utah take So. route short of Moab & you'll find ton of places or just out of Zion north park exit .

Burr Trail, is worth it. Not rough, but a nice route. No cell coverage remote etc. John Brown canyon and the La Salles are also worth it. Stop at the car museum in Gateway. Some of the kokopelli trail is 4 wheel friendly. Some of the Rim Rock trail is also 4 wheel friendly, with by passes of the single trac. just like the Kokopelli trail. Great camp spot off Westwater, on the Rim of the canyon. Lots of great exploring along the way, if you have the time.

if you plan on going through Monument Valley, hit up Mexican hat quick stop Fuel up. Goosenecks State park quick stop. Valley of the Gods stop could be short or long. Mokie dugway (unpaved swichbacks) to Mulie Point quick stop. Grand Gultch. Then hit Hwy 95. Natural bridges, Bears ears (can drive all the way to Blanding Ut edge of the cedars) or get back on 95 to Blanding, 70 miles from Moab.
