I recently made a comment in another thread about the value of keeping a logbook and offered it to folks. Since I have received 3 requests for it already, I thought I would start a new thread about it and attach a pic as well as OpenOffice and MS Word document attachments. This is the format I have used for about 7 years now.

Feel free to grab them, modify them to suit your needs. I do ask that if you make significant changes, that you release your changes back here so others may benefit from them

On mine, I filled in the repetitive data such as VIN, Make, Model and ran off a 100 copies. I place mine in a nice fully enclosed D-ring binder that fits nicely under the seat.

If others have something similar, can we share your versions in this thread to allow others some other choices?

Just another tip, I used a poly d-ring "case style" binder like this one found at office depot.
Helps keeps loose things like a pen and the maintenance schedule
