Vent Shades/Rain Deflectors

I'm interested in buying these. Does anyone know if it also minimizes the air noise when your driving fast with your window down?

i have the vent visors and i love them...they keep the rain out and yes it does create less noise with the windows down...it also helps with airflow if the back window is down too.
