Got a cheap set today from Oriely's for all four doors. I had them on my other truck for 10 years and loved them. Question is, if I install the rear door guards, will it be angled down enough to cause drag? Enough to "force" air in when the window is cracked? The fronts are fine, look good too, just wanted some opinions before I stick them on w/ the semi-permanent double sided tape. Thanks!
I searched and didn't come up w/ anything that addressed the rear window.

hey man how did the install go? how are they working? and how much were they from O'reilly? i want to get a set but dont want to spend too much or spend too little and get a crap set. i have found some on ebay for like 30 bucks for all 4 doors but that seems too poor of quality for me. what do you think? they are made by YBM. never heard of it

I love mine. They were $49 or $59 for all four windows. I decided to install the rear windows along w/ the front that I already have, just haven't done it yet. The only reason I didn't install them at the same time was kind of silly, but I was worried about them "draggin" in the wind due to the downward slope the rear. After looking at a few around town, and realizing that the front visors will be buffering the air anyway, there won't be any drag, or enough to matter. I'm happy with mine and they have a lifetime warantee of some kind.

well i found them on ebay for 58 dollars shipped but the picture is really crummy so i cant tell what they look like very well, these are made by AVS. which i know is good, they are also in channel. are yours in channel? and about how long did it take you to put on? thanks

AVS is the brand I have but mine are stick on. I think the "in channel" snap in somehow, kind of like the weathertech visors. I personally like the stick on type, but only because that's what I've always had. They shouldn't take more than five mins to install. If yours are the stick on type just be sure they are lined up PERFECT before you stick them on. If you degrease the door properly the stick on stuff is permanant until you want to tear the visor off.
