Very low RPM when in D

Very low RPM when in drive (warm) i don't get any check engine light or anything but i think it's too low, sometimes when i'm at a red light and i let go the break the truck doesnt move.
Also when its in neutral and warm it seems to be too low as well.

Any suggestions?

normal is between 500 and 1500..
is it lower?
if not I wouldn't worry about it... you dont want your vehicle to rev high at a stop.

Yes its around 400 maybe lower

If its below 400 then I would first service your throttle body and clean it out really well then recheck

After it's warmed up normal idle is between 600-800rpm.

I had this problem too when I got my new battery installed about a month and a half ago. Disconnect the battery and remove the EFI fuse and let it sit for a a few minutes and then connected everything back up. That seemed to fix it for me, and after a couple minutes of driving my really low idle of like 300 RPM went back up to about 600. It was so low, I could barely hear the engine, and that was with a Dynomax.

When i did the Deckplate mod i did that and it fixed it, but it didn't go to 600, it does some times but why is it unstable?
Is there any guides how to clean the throttle body?

Buy a can of throttle body cleaner. The best way to do it is to remove the throttle body, but if you dont want to do that, remove the air boot, spray cleaner all in the throttle body, use clean rags to wipe out as far as you can reach in. Repeat several times till clean. The truck will take a bit to start and clear out when running since its loaded with cleaner. After that it should be ok

Do you mean the air box?
And is that while the engine is off?

Not the air box. Take off the tubing from the box to the throttle on the upper intake. Open the throttle and spray some throttle body cleaner in there. Use a small brush if you have one. Wouldn't hurt to start the truck and spray some in there too. It will try to die, but keep it running by giving it more throttle. Don't spray too much and hydro lock it.

Dang I just remembered, you can't do the last part with it running. our trucks won't run without the MAF connected.

I had my 4Runner cleaned with a BG intake cleaner and then the 44K injector treatment. The intake cleaning uses a nozzle that fits into the tubing in front of the throttle. The nozzle "fogs" a cleaner into the throttle and intake while the truck is running. It fogs it so that it goes everywhere the air goes instead just the bottom. I later pulled the upper intake off to do the valve cover gaskets and saw that the intake and throttle were spotless even a year later.

Will Seafoam do the same job?

not as good as BG but still works well. Only Seafoam it if u know what u r doing. Heard of other people hydrolocking their motors and destroying a piston or rod
