Very Poor Gas Milage

Hello all,
My 98 limited has been getting god awful gas milage lately, im below half a tank and havent even broke 100 miles yet. Are there any thoughts as to why this could be happening? your help would be greatly appreciated.

Let's see what your mileage is when it's close to empty since in most cases I see 120ish by a half tank but when it's really cold out it could be under 100 by the same point.
I get 14-16 in the winter (4wd also being a factor) and 17-18 in the summer with mixed driving which any of those numbers can be considered normal with 3rd gens.
