Very slow spinning AC compressor

Blowing hot air and the AC compressor is spinning very slowly. What does that indicate? The 10amp fuse is good.

probably has a worn compressor clutch, however the parts for such a repair almost exceed the cost of a new denso compressor, so get a new compressor

Spins slowly as in your belt is slipping and not actually turning the pulley? I'd start there. Loosen the adjustment bolt on the bottom pulley and see if the A/C pulley spins by hand with no belt on there. If not, it's the A/C clutch or bearings that are toast. If it spins fine, it's probably your belt.

First of all, how is the low side pressure reading? Any bubbles in the sight glass?

I had max pressure on the AC pressure, like way in the red. But after a few days it just started working again and then today it went back to spinning but blowing hot air but make a crazy belt squeal and smoke coming off what looks like the compressor.

Sounds like your bearings are shot and it's all seized up, and your belt is burning. I would just take the belt off and look into replacing the A/C compressor.
