Hi Herman, thanks for the response! I note that you are in VA. What's the status of YOUR problem? Out of curiosity, what percentage of your driving time would you say you are riding with the vehicle vibrating? I would say better than half the time for me...maybe even 70-80%. My driving style seems to be the worst for the vibration...that would be slow steady even speed. I've learned to do things like not use OD, use the A/C even though I'm not hot, and accelerate up beyond the speed I want to go and then coast for a while. It's a killer. I feel so bad. I just wanted a nice vehicle to get me from here to there. I had a couple other Toytoas in my life and they were nice, well built vehicles. I cannot live with this and can't imagine anyone buying the vehicle from me. I'm trying NOT to blow this out of proportion. If it was just a vibration as you pass through a rpm range - like 1700 or 1800 like some posts say, that would be different. In higher gears, though, when it drops to anyway between 800 and 1500, you cannot avoid the vibration and you then are stuck in that mode until you change your speed. I haven't seen but one post that describes this second area of vibration.
