Vibration from tranny in drive when stopped?!

After going on a wheeling trip, my automatic transmission is now got a weird vibration coming from it when I am stopped (while in drive) with my foot on the brake. It only happens after it warms up.

Never had this problem before. Anyone have a few ideas on what to check.

I had the ATF fluid changed this year, I did a bypass on the stock cooler to a aux cooler.

The trail was straight up and slow for a few hours, I never got out of 4lo, and the temperature was 95+ outside. I'm hoping I didn't overheat the trans... but seems like noone is having issues with their aux coolers.

Torque converter? I know it take a lot of abuse in 4-lo.

Im thinking torque converter as well, unfortuently. Has anyone had problems iwth overheating? I can't remember, do the earlier 3rd gens have an ATF temp sensor? As in, would I get a light come on if I was overheating the AT?

I believe the light would come on, it just doesn't have the digital temp gauge that corresponds with a Scan Gauge II or something of the like; which arrived in 99.

Well I think I MIGHT have found my problem, but not sure...

I realized I dragged my exhaust over a rock. It looks like it bent the mounting hangers, and now the exhaust is hitting somewhere on the frame. I can't really see it, but i am fairly certain its coming from that and not the transmission.

Well, I guess its a relief, but it wont be until I am POSITIVE
