vibration issues

Ok im sorry in advance for my gramer not a good typer. So im having some vibration In my 4runner I even made a vid to show you. I just had new tires put on hoping that would help but it didnt even had them re balanced and swaped out tires. The vibration seems to come from the rear I cant feel it in the steering wheel at all and starts at 60 and stops at 80 its the worst at 70. Also it comes and go's you can see this in the vid of my cup as it shakes them stops then shakes. Any help would be great and the drive shaft looks to be in good shape

Wild stabs in the dark;
Maybe a weight came of the driveshaft?
Bad u-joint?
Frozen slip joint in the driveshaft
My 99 Taco had weights on the drums, see if one rusted off.

How much lift? front CV's maybe...
