My '02 SR5 has been making a strange noise that at first I thought was just my offroad tires on the pavement. The thing is, the noise isn't steady but pulsating, if that makes sense - I can try to explain better if you don't understand.
There is also vibration which has been worsening a little bit. The vibration comes when I am slowing to a stop or moving very slowly. It doesn't matter if I am on the brakes or not, and it does it when in drive or neutral.
I haven't had a chance to jack it up yet to check, but I think it may be a lower ball joint. Does anyone else have any idea what else I should check, or questions to help me diagnose the problem?
