Burtman garbage customer service

BURTMAN not Vietnam, iPhone autocorrect is a piece of shut.

I've bought from burtman in the past, and I love my cornfed. But i made a purchase 2-3wks ago and I've emailed him several times and dude just does not respond. He had no problem charging my CC the day after I ordered but he can't answer a question about my order status? Can't recommend him at all anymore.
