It only looks good when it's new. It will turn yellow eventually, especially on white cars. I had it done to two of my cars both white and the edges turned yellow within a few months. I had an issue with 3M, they will warranty the plastic but not the labor or installation charges. The professional installer when removing the film also lifted paint off my bumper costing me even more money to have it repainted.

I just had this done today. I think I like it :biggrin2: Its just a small section of the bummber, but it gives it a nice look in my opnion..

The 'painted' bottom looks good on white. When I did the center grill on my '07 Sport, I looked at the section almost ready to do it. I will now! oh, titanium silver. thanks

I had it done at an authorized 3m installer. Had the front/rear bumpers/hood done. Had film replaced under warranty from 3m on both cars, on one car when they removed the yellow film to replace with new one the paint peel along with it and had to get bumper repainted. I fought with 3m and lost, they will only replace film , nothing else.

hmm well thats a bummer.. I guess when that happens and it fades, I'll just have it re painted black.
