Viper transmitter stuck in vibrate mode. Need help.

I think my alarm is the 791. My kid mistakenly pressed a few buttons randomly and put the 2way transmitter into Vibrate mode - and now it's stuck there. I checked the manual and it says to toggle between normal & vibrate, you press the program (P) button on the back, then the LOCK button on the front (within 5 sec). I've tried that and I only get 1 vibe, no more beeping.

Any help?
