Voice Recognition Not Available

Here's my 2nd issue with Toyota Entune. First one was a compatibility issue with Android's latest update, fixed by getting a copy of the latest Entune software. Now suddenly I'm no longer able to use the voice button on the steering wheel. I get Voice Recognition Not Available on the screen. Incoming calls work, I can dial the phone manually and the blue tooth picks up, but no longer dial by voice.

Anybody have any suggestions before I do a system reset and/or bring it back to the dealer?

Mine takes a couple of minutes after starting the car before it starts working.

It used to take a minute or 2 to see the phone and work, now I got nothing.
Going to try a reset this afternoon.

2013 SR5, With Nav

if you upgraded to android v5 (lollipop) I would suggest do a factory reset instead of just removing and re-installing entune.

Haven't updated the phone, still on 4.4.2 kitkat. It's not the blue tooth interface, that issue happened when I updated to kitkat. Had to have Entune updated (3.2?) to resolve that. The phone still works with Entune, I just lost the Voice command module. My inside contact at Toyota Corporate is looking into it for me. Would be nice if it's something I can correct with a memory stick, (I got the Entune upgrade on a memory stick from Corp.) otherwise it's going back to the servicing dealer.

Update: According to my contact at Toyota, it's a micro chip issue.
It's going in next Thursday to have it replaced.
