Volant CAI Installation on 03' V8

Can anyone tell me how easy or difficult it is to install a Volant CAI in a 03' V8 4Runner? Have you found any problems during installation? Any precautions or tips before I install mine? If you have any pictures, can you post them? Thanks

The install is actually pretty easy once Volant provides all the proper bits in the kit.

First off...make sure you have everything that volant has supposedly provided. Its included on the install diagram.

The install actaully was pretty easy as long as you have a 1/4 or 1/2" hose clamp (cant remember which right now---they are like 50 cents each).

It was actually easy but the instructions were not too clear, so it took me a little longer. I wanted to make sure that everything was installed properly. Now my question is, what do I have to do so that the computer can properly adjust itself to the new intake? I drove about 20 miles today with the intake, I saw a noticeable increase in response and the sound when accelerating was different, like a roar or a sports car. When in iddle it's quiet. I wonder what is the service interval for this particular filter?
