VSC OFF and Engine light on

I have a '02 4Runner

I blew two 15A fuses for my power outlets. I replaced the "ACC" and "Dome" fuses and the power outlets, clock and radio started working again. I replaced the fuses whith the key in "ACC" to verify that I replaced the right fuses. When I started my car this morning I noticed the VCS TRAC, VSC OFF and Check Engine light are all on.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Unfortunatley mine is off of warranty.

My 03 just had a similiar problem VSC OFF, TRAC OFF, an Check Engine light were all on. Took it to the dealer and they fixed up right away. VSV vcb valve was defective, not sure what that is but the stealer replaced it.
