VSC Trac and ABS rapidly flashing

This does not happen on a regular basis but on occasion

1) if I do not start the engine right away they will rapidly flash

2) I start the engine and they rapidly flash so I shut the engine off and restart they stop??

There are no codes showing on my scanner?

any ideas a search did not provide me with the info I am looking for

no not in sync one then the other rapidly

might not be it, but check your gas cap. A faulty gas cap may cause that issue. Both my lights were on and it ended up to be an old gas cap that needed to be replaced. Good Luck
