VSE off VSC trac lights

So at the last time we went wheeling I have lost my alternator... And some real nice guy here hooked the OBDII and this to lights are on since than(3weeks ago) I was the one who asked him to hook it up and I knew it might happen(happend in the past with another runner I had) but I didn't really mind taking the chance and even wanted this( its can save me a lot of time instead of doing the mod that u can turn it off,,,)
But now I'm thinking that maybe its not good 4 the vehicle... Is anybody have an idea if its ok to leave it like that? I totally don't mind to, due to the amount of snow we see here(ny)...

It's perfectly ok for the vehicle to drive around with VSC off lights on. Just be aware that you'll no longer have ABS, traction or stability control. Also ATRAC will no longer function so your 4runner won't be as capable off road.

My bad, I thought all the systems disabled because I've heard people complain about loosing them when their CEL comes on but I guess misunderstood. Oh well, learn something new everyday!
