Thanks. Although some changes sure have happened over the past few years. Went to my 5th gen. Amount of driving and mileage of the v6 was sad so got a v8....Sequoia.
Had it for about a year and modded it out then sold it and finally got the vehicle I always wanted. A Landcruiser!!! Pics for fun. Also surprisingly the Sequoia got similar mileage to my 5th gen but was leaps and bounds more comfortable.

Ha thanks. I have been trying to, but the wife seems to be enjoying it more than myself. Oh well still happy to have it in the garage either way.

haha I have entertained the idea of getting her a crap box...and or lets say a car I wouldn't worry about dents/dings in. But it still comes back to the LC is just such a beast and a shame to keep cooped up in the garage all the time.

Full Circle
So after selling the GX we picked up a modified LC. Was fun but then the opportunity to pick up my old 4runner happened.... :deadhorse: . . so with that I sold the LC flew down to the border and picked up my first vehicle that started it all. So have gone full circle and after 7+ cars in the mean time I am excited to be back in my 4th gen!

Haha right?! I'm not even mad about it. When I walked out of the airport to the 4runner, I was like a little kid all over again. Now just some upkeep and some fixes and I'm going to be holding on to this one hopefully for my oldest to drive! :thumb3:

My oldest may end up with my 4th gen in a year or two as well. I'm not to sure how I feel about it yet. My wife is planning on getting something newer by then and gave me the greenlight to build up our 5th gen but I'm just not feeling it. I'd almost rather let my oldest drive the 5th gen and I'll keep the 4th gen.

Belt tensioner was just finished. Up next my first oil change with a fumoto valve since I sold this!!!
Next will just be some basic upkeep/electronics/connections/bulbs. Lastly will probably be tires. But in the interim actually have a trailer build being planned so this will be the family truckster! :artist2::artist2:
