waiting forever! why?

I ordered my 57-9023 K&N fipk about 3 weeks ago from www.ajusa.com and then got an email saying it was on order and it would take 1-2 days to ship, then the next day i got another email and it said 1-2 weeks, then today i got another which is now on week 3 and it says that its expected in 4 to 8 weeks. what is goin on? this is crap. anyone else having this problem? perhaps anyone know a company who has them in stock?

It will be three months before Carson Toyota ships my product. They said 6 weeks when I ordered it and have already charged my cc. Not cool.
