Want To Add Sirius

I want, no NEED, to add Sirius in my T4R, but am a bit unsure as to where to go. At first I was going to replace the head unit with a Navigation unit, but I actually prefer to use my EVO Navigation. But, I can't live with AM/FM radio, I have to have satellite. I've seen some sirius units on Amazon, with iPod connection for $265 and it looked like Crutchfield had some for $60 or so. I have the JBL stereo and am unsure what I need to buy. Below is what I figure I need, but if there are other options, let me know, thanks in advance!!

Or, there is this, which includes an iPod hookup. I have the AUX input, but I would like one where it will charge and can also be controlled via the head unit controls, so this might be better.
