I guess I'm going to post here hoping that someone is willing to sell off their 4Runner that has been well-maintained & taken care of with respect to both the interior & exterior.
I realize that many within this community love their 4Rs and think that theirs is a lot better than most - and that feeling is probably justifiable; however, I do have a budget and I've looked around, so I understand what I can get for what I'm willing to spend (see thread title). This would be a daily driver and a vehicle to carry two kids in carseats, so reliability is crucial.
-- No more than 3 owners. I have to be able to get good answers to any questions that I might have.
-- I'd like 4x4, but that is not a necessity.
-- Preferably less than 150K miles, but no more than 165K miles.
-- No stains, cuts, tears, holes, or cigarette burns on the interior.
-- No rust, or significant dings/scratches to the exterior.
-- At least most of the important maintenance issues be already taken care of (timing belt, water pump, etc.).
I live in Birmingham, AL & am willing to drive 4hrs outside of it in any direction to get the vehicle (maybe further if the deal is good). I'll give you cash (however you prefer) and I'd expect to leave with keys & title in hand.
