Wanted 2000 4Runner bumper trim

Hi I am in the need of the following small trim piece and rubber trim gasket for a 2000 4Runner Sport black in color. Does anyone know if the items are available through the dealer? Or does anyone have one to sell?

I had that little plate sitting in my garage for a year and I threw it out last week. It was all scratched up though from offroad abuse so you probably wouldn't have wanted it anyway.
