Warn bumper to RCI filler plate mod

For future reference, it’s very easy to modify RCI filler plate to mate their skid plates to a 5th gen 4R Warn bumper. I had to drill two holes (circled) in filler plate to clear winch platform bolts. Also, two holes were drilled in winch bumper (arrows). Maybe 15-30 minutes max.
