I was installing the warn winch on my Arb bumper and noticed in the directions that you must changed the drain hold location for Feet Foward install need on a Arb bumper?

The two areas that they point to on the drum side are solid closed off with a solid piece of metal like it wasn't milled open? Am i misreading the driections? I see no silicone on this end piece.
I really don't want to ruin brand new winh because of a simple issue.
Has anyone else perforemed this procedure? THANKS!!
BTW, Does anyone use thread locker on winch install bolts and bumper bolts? If so do yo use red or blue? I but blue on the winch mounting bolts and red on alot of the bumper mounting bolts. I was attemped to add some tac welds just to keep the bumper from mounting at all. I will decide once i got everything installed, levels and spaced properly. I'm pumped to go wheeling! Once i get my new lift kit i will be ready to try somethings i woulnd't without a winch.
I just need a pullpal if any know of one someone had for sale? Does anyone recommend any other brand of land anchor or should i stick with pull pal?
