Odds are, your rotors aren't warped. It's probably irregular deposition of brake pad material, and you can fix that. Take the rotors off and clean them with a wire tool on an angle grinder - it doesn't hurt the rotors at all. Or if you feel like spending money, get them turned or buy new ones. Whichever way you go, it's important when you get new pads to bed them in, and then avoid coming to a complete stop with your foot hard on the brakes if you can help it, especially if your brakes are hot from a long descent. That's how the brake pad material melts against the rotor, and then they feel "warped".
