I haven't been here in a while, glad to see this forum is still going strong!
Anyway, this afternoon I'm taking my 4Runner to the dealership for the 4th or 5th time to have them work on my blinking tire pressure light and rattling door. These things have been giving me problems ever since I bought the 4Runner, and for some reason no dealership can seem to fix it. I have to drive 60+ miles just to get to a dealership, so that's about 500 miles wasted on this one problem. Not to mention I've had to put up with that light nearly the whole time I've had the 4Runner. What's worse, I have 35,600 miles on it, so my warranty is just about up. So if they fail to fix it this time, I'm out of luck.
Should I make a phone call to Toyota corporate and explain my problem, or would I be wasting my time? I really don't know what they would do, other than extend my warranty or give me a great deal on another 4runner, both which seem unlikely.
Any advice?
Thanks
