Wash Engine Bay

Here is mine after a detail. I use purple power degreaser on most spots and follow up with dish soap and a rinse. I also repainted all the black metal parts, replaced some rusted bolts and polished the engine block

I’ve used Simple Green and a garden hose after sloppy trails, but deal mostly with dust so I’ll use compressed air to blow out the corners and wipe everything down with either Armor-All or 303 Aerospace Protectant.

I won’t use any armor all product on any vehicle I own. They always attract tons of dust and dirt imho.

I just take it to my buddy who is a head tech at a Lexus dealership. He hits it with the power washer from the detailer’s bay and we call it a day.

Oh, and we don’t wrap or cover anything up either
