washer jet replacement

All,
Well i would not call it a jet .. more like a dribble.. I went to the dealer today for a unrelated matter($350 worth) I wanted to get another jet but Naturally they did not have any in stock... My question is can these be removed and cleaned? with compressed air? Idont think there is any old wax in there but like i said ther's a clog somewhere..
Any ideas?

I would check the hose line first. It might have a small hole in it therefore pressure not building up to pump washer fluid. I cant see the harm using some small wire and running it through after you disconect the line. crud could be built up in it. also , check the T connectors for build up. might have a slight kink in the line too
