well i think the title says it have always wanted a Toyota Pickup Since i seen the 85 hi-lux extended cab in back to the future... and i said to my self "self one day you will own a murdered out Toyota 4x4 extended cab pick up... well after losing my job and 2 years of payments on my Lexus we ended up moving to new Mexico hoping to make a new start with assistance from people we thought were our friends....


when life kicks your *** you take it for a wile but eventually you say enough and after 6 months with out a vehicle we actually found an acceptable deal on a beat up vehicle that will work out i wanted a pickup" (we probably would have bought a truck if the seller had of showed up) she wanted an suv so we ended up getting a 4 runner... and guess what in this state apparently its legal to fully murder out your vehicle... it needs work but what vehicle doesn't...

its amazingly stock except the tires (33 12.5 15) bfg t/a ko) and wheel's and i absolutely hate them with the current ride height... every time you hit a bump they rub the plastic on the front bumper and with the t-bars slightly cranked there is only about 1" of travel at the lower bump stop

oh apparently i was suppose to talk about my self Hello Everyone... I am James i am 26 (i think) i have been living in central new Mexico for the last 6 months prior to that i lived in Washington state for 20 years...

i have previous experience as a part time non certified mechanic, as well as a flipper of cars i payed some one else to deal with ems), 6 months as a repo man, selling consumer goods out of a hard ware store, selling stuff through ebay, and most recently ~2 years in a call center telling people its ok that they didn't pay there credit card bill on time and then tell them that there card was going to decline transactions till they paid it....


i have very little experience with fuel injection and obd1, obd2 engine systems... i understand the concept i just get irritated and fed up with them... lol

my history of personally owned vehicles is short
98 plymouth breeze (emission issues limited power gave away over a year of ownership)

97 chevy cavalier (blew the transmission after about a year and a half of ownership traded for 78 f150),

1978 ford f150/f100 custom? ranger? camper? it had to many different badges all i know is it had a 302, automatic 2wd long bed... i traded for it cause my cavalier had been sitting for 6 months and i had no intention in letting my father pay to fix the transmission..... (left for dead in a field no one deserved a long bed single cab pickup)

1995 200sx (with out a 2.4l its not a 240sx) sr20dett (obtained as part of pay off of debt sold due to divorce)~500hp

1996 impreza ej20 swap ~325hp (sold for over book value to a kid in Seattle while i was trying to get an oil return line on a sunday from parts store)

1989 dodge grand caravan le 5speed turbo never dynoed but guessing ~290hp (sold due to cost of 10w-30 motor oil warn valve guides, valve seats and a cracked block)

1989 Oldsmobile 98 regency brougham (ex wife bought for $300 after i told her not to sold to wrecking yard for $25 due to electrical issues i had advised her of bfr she bought it.... we put ~50 gallons of gas in it and drove it like 1000 miles)

1976 chevy luv mikado started off as a flipper fell in love some drunk idiot plowed in to it and decided not to turn it in to a sport truck... used it as collateral towards purchasing my lexus

1992 Lexus sc400 1uzfe (stock), supra lsd, supra rear shocks had 6 payments left when i lost my job

have bought and sold more cars then i can think of for business and flipping. Honda's mostly...
