I`d pass on this, 350 is a bit steep.

I would bust a move. I think 350 is close to the original retail. What brand new watch will do what this does and looks as classic? Mine takes so much abuse and happily ticks along its merry way.

Unfortunately, those "mint" Seikos are NOT mint...that was why hikenbike moved on (or so he claims). Those Seikos are HORRIBLE purchases...esp. at that stupid asking price!!!

This type of decision-making (or lack of judgement) pretty much explains your decision to put a Quartz movement into a perfectly functioning (thoughtfully gifted) Tag 6000, doesn't it?!

Ok...I am not sure what you want to hear. 12 reviews...wow. It is a standard quartz watch with perpetual calender (and long battery life), standard hollow bracelet, and a worthy $100 or less pricetag.

Thank you. I'm not going to get into the arguments here but I will say that I love this watch. I'm currently running about +1 second a day, so that's pretty damn accurate.

Yes and it is clearly related to when certain specific individuals participate in the thread regardless of the topic. The threads swift demise is basically guaranteed. Unfortunate too, since these same individuals have valuable and intelligent information to share in most cases.

When I see someone with a Rolex I think to myself "that guy is a fool, he way overpaid for a clunky watch that doesn't keep very good time".

I agree. This was a nice, informative thread. There's no reason to resort to name calling. That usually happens out of frustration when one runs out of viable points of argument. High end watches like Rolex, Patek Phillipe, Bvlgari, etc. aren't just timepieces. They're also jewelry or family heirlooms.

Back when I was working for a living, I wore Casio G-Shocks and Luminox's as work tools and beat the crap out of them. I even wore my Rolex Platinum Yachtmaster at work for a period of time. Now the cell phone fulfills my temporal needs. I still wear the Rolex's occasionally. Well worth every cent spent on them.

BTW slap, not cool calling Franky a "fool", nor my wife since she's the one who "way overpaid" (as you put it) for them. As a matter of fact, she got quite a good deal buying three at the same time.
