Water intrusion

So I just realized this morning that I've got a water intrusion issue. I noticed after the last hurricane came through that my floor boards were soaked afterwards. Drivers and passengers front floorboard. I had clogged sunroof drains and had some leaks during the hurricane, so I attributed it to that. Additionally, I have a few wires coming through the firewall, so I thought The incredibly wet weekend full of driving may have caused it. I have weather tech floor mats and the water was under them.

This morning I pulled my floor mats again and once again it's soaking wet! It hasn't rained much lately, not enough to think it came I'm through the firewall.

Any suggestions on where to look? My weather seals seem like they're in good shape.

How is the rubber grommet located at the firewall near the brake master pump? It is right under the windshield water drain path.

Also, how is the sealant that holds the windshield to the body? My friend in Louisiana had an issue after a heavy rain. It came from the hood liner area next to the windshield.

I've gotten some water in through the top of the windshield during super super super heavy rain (during the hurricane), but that water would have dropped on top of the weather techs.

I do think the rubber gromit could be the culprit on the drivers side. I have various wires running through there.
