is it possible to replace a water pump without taking apart the front of the engine, I dont wanna have to that if I dont need to, it does have a new timing belt and I dont want to take it off if I dont have to, it a 2000 3.4,but do I have to remove the harmonic balancer

That's why it's best to do the timing belt and water pump all at the same time. It sucks that you have to take it all apart again.
