I replaced my timing belt and water pump back in December and found engine coolent on my garage floor yesterday. After further investigation I noticed it was commin from the pump where it mounts to the block. It looks like car quest is going to cover the part, but the shop that installed is not going to cover the labor since i supplied the part.
Does this seem right, since they would have got the part from the same car quest?
Should car quest be somewhat respnsible for the labor since there part failed?
