Weather proofing our hard tops

Hey there folks! So, I just just got my truck out of the body shop, all was going well till it started raining today. A lot of water was coming in, I was so alarmed I paid to park my truck in the parking garage that night.

Anyways, we all know that you CAN NOT get the factory seals from Toyota anymore. So, what creative ways have you guys been able to make the tops water proof again?

Are you talking about where it meets the cab? I think there is a certain way the top has to be bolted on so it doesn't leak.. I believe there is an image in the factory service manual.

If you absolutely could not find replacement gasket...
Thick bead of silicone sealant on both sides, let it harden a little, assemble, torque bolts properly.

Oh awesome thanks for all the input guys! Yah I read somewhere also that the top is pretty water proof just by properly installing it. I have been so busy from school and work that I haven't had time to work on it since it has been out. I will probably buy the seals any ways.
