Weathertech Bug Deflector -- looks?

WeatherTech Automotive Accessories - Stone & Bug Deflector - 2006 Toyota 4Runner - WeatherTech Stone and Bug Deflector, Bug Shield, Stone Guard

I have an '06 Sport, white. Has the chrome grill. It looks like the Weathertech bug shield covers the top most grill "bar". How does that look with that top chrome "bar" covered up? I kind of like the chrome look and was wondering if it looks okay? I would like to add the deflector. Opinions please...

You have a different (newer) grill style on your '06 than pictured on the WeatherTech site. Here's a photograph of the WeatherTech deflector on my '08, which has the same grill style as your '06 - as you can see, the top bar of the grill is left uncovered.

That's the same part I ordered and it works great. I bought mine from RealTrucks.com, as they had the best price at the time.

Just a thought - I have purchased both the deflector and the side window rain deflectors direct from Weathertech. Had a problem with the driver's window deflector and Weathertech replaced with one phone call and no hassle.
