Weathertech Cargo Mat--Question

Does anyone know if these mats cover up the metal ring cargo fasteners? I guess it would defeat the purpose of the lip to hold liquid, but I sure hate to lose the use of the fasteners.

On my Husky Liners they have a square that you make a slit in to allow the D rings to come through. I only cut the two closest to the hatch. The two against the seats I can still hook onto without having them come through the liner.

Yes it does cover them.... but... if you notice, there is a little square indentation in the mat on either side above the tie down rings where you can cut a slit (as Pikeman mentioned) that allows the tie downs to push up through the mat.

Great-thanks! Going to order one for my "new" '98....gave up my old beater truck for the 4Runner, so I know I will be using the cargo area a lot.

I have the husky and it has the slots to do it but i wouldnt if you ever have liquid back there, thay liner has saved my ass multiple times ready like a half gallon of coolant, water leaking from garbage bags and any other crap that spills back there!

yes, they are covered, I really like the front and middle mats, the cargo mat's a little flimsy but it does help with sand and pebbles

Great. Thanks everyone for the info and pictures! I would really like to get these mats from front to back, but I've been reading a ton of horror stories about people ordering from this company. Wrong items, never shipped, terrible customer service, on and on. I did notice that most of the comments were prior to February of this year. Does anyone know if they are still having issues, or is it safe for me to place an order??
