My Weathertech cargo mat came in this week. What did you guys use to cut out the blanks for the tie down hooks...and in my case, the 3rd row seat anchors?

My Weathertech cargo mat came in this week. What did you guys use to cut out the blanks for the tie down hooks...and in my case, the 3rd row seat anchors?

I just used box-cutters to open up square holes (4) for the tie-down hooks.

I have removed the 3rd row seats and store them in plastic bags. I only install them when needed which is quite rare. Also driving around with the extra weight, I guess, is not very fuel-efficient. So I have not cut those openings. Opening those up also allows a lot more dust, trash to fall thru when carrying cargo or camp gear etc. When I do install the seats, I take out the cargo matt.
