weathertech deflector?

I install the stone and bug deflector from weathertech, and I was wondering if I need to install the rubber bumbers on the hood?

Stick them to the back side of the bug shield if you don't want to stick them to your hood.

OR you can be creative and make them like magnetic rubber bumpers. Buy some magnetic strips from Hobby Lobby, cut them out, and stick the sticky part underneath the rubber bumpers and place them like magnets. Result: Nothing sticking on your hood. And you can move them around and take them off without a scratch on your hood.
