Weathertech Floor Mats?

Hi guys,

I'm thinking about getting some Weathertech Floor Mats for my 03 4runner. However, I see that someone is selling his set for cheap but these mats are from a 2010.

My question is, would these fits on a 03? since his house is pretty far out and I don't want to drive all the way out there to see if they would fit.

No they are different mats. You need ones specific to the 4th gens

I'd suggest shopping around anyway. WeatherTechs have only a 3-year warranty. There are others with similar technology that offer a lifetime warranty for less $$.

Take a look at the Lund Catch It mats. Got a set for my 08 off jc Whitney for around $100 shipped. Couldn't see spending almost twice that for weathertechs. I'm happy with mine.

Nope, I've had mine for about 5 years and have zero cracks. It's actually not rubber, it's plastic. I wore through 2 Toyota OEM all weather rubber mats before buying my WT liners, never had an issue with my WT liners

"The front liners are a tri-extruded (3 layer) TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin) in the center & TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) on the top and bottom. We refer it as a Backwards Oreo cookie. It has a hard center/core (TPO) with a soft top and bottom (TPE) that provides surface grip to the bottom and traction to the top so your feet won’t slide around. The all weather mats are injection molded and it is our own proprietary blend of TPE ( the Thermoplastic Elastomer) and the material is 11 mm thick."

I asked this very question of their customer service the other day lol

I'm having an issue with my driver mat wearing where my gas foot does. I asked about the liners because I didn't want to get those if they were going to wear as bad as the mats.

I don't know you can you damage the floor mats. They will probably outlast your car.

Try shopping around on Amazon. I picked up mine used but "like new" and I think they came from Weathertech. Returns maybe? Saved a lot of money and they are great. I would get black

Ya. Wasn't trying to bust your balls man. Just figured id share since I had the same question the other day.

They way they explained it though makes it seem like a hat plastic with a rubberized outer layer.
