WeatherTech Mats: Combo for 2011 SR5 w/3rd Row - Pics!

Just wanted to share some pics for anyone interested. I had the DigitalFit mats on my last car - I loved the rear application as it covered the middle hump (particularly with center console drink holders and two boys), so that's what I selected for the rear of the 4Runner.

However, although they fit well, I didn't like them as much up front because the side lip inelegantly laid half way over the rail, and the slick and hard plastic surface would trap small pebbles under your heel and drive you crazy. So, I selected the more traditional heavy rubber version for the front application. I like the way they feel underfoot and how the hooks line up. The driver's side mat covers the foot rest a little bit and I'm not sure if that's how they're designed (don't notice it when driving), or if it's a slight change for 2011 or if the fact that it was actually designed from a Lexus application (according to a gal at Weathertech). I also like the aesthetics of how the lines of the rails and even the seat fabric seem to integrate with the mats (weird, I know).

Overall, I'm pretty happy and I think it's a good 4-season application (except for when the carpeted mats go on for some nice summer barefoot driving...).

Ordered direct from WeatherTech, although you pay through the nose for shipping. But, I like their company and they worked with me on a return for my wife's Subi, so no big deal.

AutoAnything sells this stuff too, I think. However, I believe they call the DigitalFit mats "Extreme" or something like that...

They look good. Thanks for the picture for those who always ask for the husky vs weathertech comparison. It looks like my husky's in the front cover a lot more than those. They are more like your rears. It looks like mud or water might roll off the side of those fronts.

DigitalFit Mats

I did get both the front and the back WeatherTech DigitalFit floor mats. While the front mats do hang over the rail, I like that because it protects the carpet from the mud, snow, and other stuff... the edges also come up higher on all sides which I like because it protects the carpet from shoes/boots guck resting against it.

They are a bit expensive but worth it.

and the back row liners... awesome especially with kids.

Ok, When I go to weather tech, I cant find the 3rd mat row option for a 2010/2011 sr5. Am I missing something simple here?

I only mentioned the 3rd row as I felt there was a very slight area where the back of the 2nd row mat does not conform 100% with the rear seat area. My thinking was that perhaps there might be some kind of slight difference in this area for non-3rd row equipped vehicles (perhaps the mold was made on a a non-3rd row vehicle), and so I wanted to be clear. Of course, there may be no difference and what you see is what you get.
