Nice work, it looks straight. Three hours? Well done.
It took me about 12 hours, but I took off brackets and sanded, primed and painted; also did some scrape, sand, and POR15 on tow hitch and rear of frame. Some pieces on and off, trying to go slow and make it right.
I bought my bumper from Keystone and it was the best bumper they had-guaranteed for the life of the bumper for original owner. Toyota wouldn't even do that, and it was a tad less than Toyota. Fit was pretty good, could have been me. I'm not saying it's top quality, but it's Ok. It was mega expensive though.
Shame on Toyota for making such junk bumpers for the 4R. By far, the biggest complaint for the vehicle.
