Weird A/C issue, water on my feet

So, I am driving home from work last night and my a/c is on. About 45 min into my ride with a/c on the entire time, I start hearing a hissing sound coming from under the glove box. I am about a mile from my house, so I sort of ignore it, but when I take a sharp turn, I feel water on my feet.
I think the hose that is supposed to drain the water to the outside is clogged, so the water is stored under the console, and when I turn it splashes from side to side.
Has anyone else encouinter this issue? The truck is a 2001 with 59,600 miles on it. I still have the extended warranty on it and have an appointment at the dealership this Saturday for a Mobil 1 oil change, so they can check it out.
Just curious what else it could be...

I haven't had this issue with my 4Runner, but know it all so well with my old VW. The symptoms were exactly the same -- have the a/c on, go around a corner, and your feet are soaking wet.

My mechanic said it was a clogged drain hose and because we lived on a dirt road, the likelihood of it getting clogged up was greater. Because I was still in high school and didn't have the discipline to keep clearing the line, I just lived with the problem. :

same problem in an old volvo i had. it took the dealership about 3 tries to fix it. i don't remember it being a problem too much, other than it made the car smell like mildew all the time!

yeah i have that same issue as well... i just live with it
