Weird *dragging* after 5100 suspension install and alignment

So I put on new 5100's on the front, giving me 1 5/8" lift. I also repacked the inner CV joints (they had water in them) a week later, and had the trucks' front aligned. For the past 2-3 weeks, ever since I put the suspension on, and redid the CV joints, I have been getting this sensation through the truck like something is slightly dragging. I though it was the alignment, maybe being off, but I had 2 shops check it out and that is ok. I checked all the bolts, everything is good, and their is no slop in any joints which could indicate a ball joint or something going bad. The CV boots are on with no issues there, however I did put about 7-8 ozs of CV grease in there when I repacked. Has anyone else had a similar feeling? Could it be that the suspension is still not "broken in" so I feel the road surface more in the steering wheel? Think it could it be too much grease? Would flat spots on the tires cause the same issue 9had a dumb@ss chic pull in front of me on a major highway while I was doing 55mph and had to hit the ABS)?

I can tell that the front discs are slightly warped, as when I slam on the brakes there is a *VERY VERY SLIGHT* pulsing.
