Weird EXASPERATING Key Fob Problem

The offending vehicle: 1999 4Runner

The contributing delinquents: 2 OEM key fobs and 1 aftermarket key fob

Aftermarket key fob works fine. The two OEM key fobs both open and close the locks but torch off the alarm when the vehicle is started.

It's MADDENING.

Anybody know how to fix this? It's making me INSANE.

To Elaborate...

No problem when I use the aftermarket key fob with the alarm. Problem only occurs when I unlock the vehicle and try to drive off with the OEM key fobs.

The weird thing is... The vehicle starts. It drives. The horn just keeps on blaring as long as it's running. Park it and it quits after a minute or so.

The other question: All these remotes have a button to roll down the back window. Nothing happens when you press that button on any of them.
