Weird Leak?

At first I thought it was the rack-n-pimion leaking until I saw this. This is leaking onto it.
Any ideas what this is?

Coolant? Have you touched, smelled it or tasted (last resort) it?

Don't taste it.........smell and touch. Looks like water to me but from the location, likely coolant.

Have done neither, i was beginning to think it was part of the air conditioning

May be a stupid question, but are you sure that isnt the drip for your AC? It comes out in almost the same spot. Obviously the first question is was your AC on?

Tasting coolant would be a good way to damage your kidneys and other related organs.

Nah, no need to taste. The coolant has a very distinctive smell, esp if running the Toyota Pink. Easy to tell if its coolant.

The A/C was not on when the leak happened.

Nah i didnt taste any coolant lol. However it seems the leak has stopped
